Welcome to Maison Berger Paris Malaysia. This website and online store are operated by Jubilant Prestige Sdn. Bhd., the authorised distributor of Maison Berger Paris products in Malaysia (“we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing this website, placing an order or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website.
1. Online Store
Our website allows customers to browse and purchase Maison Berger Paris products available in Malaysia.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorised transactions, pricing or inventory errors, misuse of promotional offers, or where a product is unavailable.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.
2. Products & Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, fragrances, sizes, specifications and prices displayed on our website are accurate.
Colours and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, photography or product batch. Packaging may also be updated from time to time.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products or change our product selection without prior notice.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable delivery charges and other costs, if any, will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, promotional or product information errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where appropriate before proceeding with the order.
4. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
Once your order has been successfully received, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. We may contact you if additional information is required to process your order.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, reject or cancel orders reasonably suspected to be fraudulent, unauthorised, placed for unauthorised resale, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver within Malaysia only.
Under normal circumstances, orders are expected to arrive within approximately 3 to 5 working days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, public holidays, severe weather and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are correct before submitting your order.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Defective Products
Please inspect your order after receiving it.
If you believe that an item has arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 7 working days of receiving your order, together with your order information and photographs or video showing the issue.
We may request that the product be returned to us for inspection before approving an exchange, replacement or other appropriate remedy.
Products damaged through misuse, accidental damage, improper storage, normal wear and tear, modification or failure to follow the supplied instructions are not considered manufacturing defects.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Malaysian consumer law.

7. Product Use & Care
Maison Berger products should always be used according to the instructions supplied with the product and any applicable safety guidance.
For the Lampe Berger catalytic system, only Maison Berger Paris catalytic lampe refills and compatible Maison Berger components should be used.
Do not use essential oils, conventional lamp oils, reed diffuser refills or other liquids in a Lampe Berger unless Maison Berger Paris expressly identifies them as suitable for that purpose.
Improper use may damage the product and may create a safety risk.
8. Product Warranty
We stand behind the quality of the products sold through Maison Berger Paris Malaysia.
Where a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or to have been defective at the time of delivery, we may, as appropriate and subject to applicable law, offer a repair, replacement, exchange, refund or other remedy.
Any applicable warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidental damage or normal wear and tear
- Misuse or improper handling
- Unauthorised modification or repair
- Failure to follow product instructions
- Use of incompatible products, liquids or accessories
- Improper storage or maintenance
Any warranty provided under these Terms is in addition to rights and remedies available to consumers under applicable Malaysian law.
9. Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotions, gifts, discount codes or other special offers.
Each promotion may be subject to additional conditions, validity periods and availability. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a promotional transaction where we reasonably believe an offer has been altered, duplicated, manipulated, used without authorisation or otherwise abused.

All content appearing on this website, including trademarks, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, illustrations, text, videos and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Maison Berger Paris, Jubilant Prestige Sdn. Bhd. or their respective rights holders.
