Place the diffuser on a flat, stable surface and connect the power cable to the diffuser before plugging it into the electrical outlet.
Remove the cover and reservoir lid, then fill the reservoir with a Maison Berger Paris Mist Diffuser Refill up to the maximum fill line of 80ml. Do not exceed this level. Replace the reservoir lid and cover before switching on the diffuser.
Remove the protective tab from the remote control before first use. You can then select your preferred diffusion and lighting settings.
Use only Maison Berger Paris Mist Diffuser Refills. These 475ml solutions are specially formulated and ready to use, so there is no need to dilute or mix them before use.
Do not add water, essential oils, pure perfume or fragrance from other brands. Using other liquids may cause scaling, clog the internal mechanism or prevent the diffuser from functioning correctly.
Clean your diffuser regularly to help maintain optimal performance.
If you are continuing with the same fragrance, simply refill the reservoir up to the 80ml maximum level.
When changing fragrances, discard any remaining solution and gently wipe the reservoir with a soft cloth before adding your new Maison Berger Paris Mist Diffuser Refill.
A small amount of fragrance remaining in the reservoir after diffusion is normal.
First, check that the power cable is correctly connected and that the diffuser is switched on.
If mist is still absent or insufficient:
- Make sure you are using only a Maison Berger Paris Mist Diffuser Refill.
- Check the fragrance level. If the diffuser flashes five times, there may not be enough solution in the reservoir.
- Make sure the solution does not exceed the 80ml maximum fill line.
- Gently clean the ultrasonic diffuser with a soft cloth if residue has accumulated.
- Check the mist outlet and air vent for any obstruction.
- Check that diffusion has not been switched off using the remote control.
Check the fragrance level in the reservoir. If the diffuser flashes five times, there may not be enough solution remaining for diffusion.
Add Maison Berger Paris Mist Diffuser Refill to the reservoir without exceeding the 80ml maximum fill line, then restart the diffuser.
First, make sure the protective plastic tab has been completely removed from the remote control.
If it still does not respond, the battery may need replacing. The remote control uses a CR2025 battery.
Point the remote directly towards the diffuser and use it within approximately 3 metres of the device.

Press and hold the button for approximately 2 seconds to switch on the diffuser in Mode 1.
Press the button once to switch to Mode 2. Press it again to turn the diffuser off.
